Where and When We Deliver
We deliver to all possible destinations around the world from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday (Saturday is optional for some regions).
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 working days with the exception of sale periods where this may take up to 8-10 working days or more (due to destination). Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, however Vendenty are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Authorization
- All orders require a signature upon receipt
- Ones items have been dispatched, Vendenty are unable to redirect orders
- Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Shipping costs will be charge as per destination + Tax.
Free shipping is available time to time due to specific promotions. To be notified via email, please sign for Vendenty weekly newsletter. In additional, please be known that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page.
Insurance
Each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you is insured by Vendenty.
Taxes
Most countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price. Taxes and duties will be calculated according to your shipping destination and will itemize on the Order Summary page.
If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as UK VAT. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we will always seek your confirmation by email prior to dispatching a DDU order. Please look out for this email to ensure timely dispatch of your order.
Returns & Exchange
- No returns are available for the items under FASHION DESIGNERS category, unless items are faulty (occurs manufacturing faults). Be known that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be returned. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Please contact us for more details
- In case you would like to exchange items under FASHION DESIGNERS category for a different size, you will require to pay all shipping duties and taxes. Items for exchange should be new, unused, and with all Vendenty and designer packaging (shoe boxes, garment tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, leather tags) still attached. Items that are marked, damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please note that, all size exchange is subject to availability.
